General Questions

Our Pinot Noir and even our Barrique Sauvignon Blanc age beautifully, so (if you can resist the temptation to crack them open) feel free to stow them away in a dark cupboard where the temperature doesn't fluctuate too much.

Already opened the bottle? No problem - wine is best enjoyed the day it's opened, but it can keep for up to 3 days if you store it in the fridge (whether it's red or white) as the cold temperature slows down oxidation. Just remember to take it out half an hour before pouring your next glass!

For those new to wine tasting, follow this three-step guide.

Start by looking at the wine. Take note of its colour, check for any sediment, and see how it moves in the glass.

Next, engage your sense of smell. Start by smelling the wine with your mouth closed, then again with it open. Notice any distinctions? Try to identify specific aromas like fruits or flowers.

Finally, take a sip and let the wine coat your palate. Take a second sip and observe any changes in taste. With the third sip, you should fully experience the wine's character.
