Ripe notes of fresh apricot combine with luscious characters of marmalade, raisin and sweet honeycomb. The palate is perfectly balanced with the same opulent characters showing, leading into a wonderful depth and concentration with a refreshing clean acidity.

Pungent, toasty aromas of dried raisin, apricot & beeswax & dried florals on the nose denote a dense expression of this fully botrytised style of wine. Deftly handled by the winemaker to bring all that is great about riesling and its hallmark of acidity to the fore. A lovely, clean, expressive example.
