Tasting Notes

Lifted oyster shell and crushed flowers are anchored by deeper yellow fruit aromatics, leading to a palate saturated with riper citrus and savoury lees-derived character. A round calcareous acidity balances and frames the wine, cleansing the palate. 

The fruit came off our single block 'Block 4' of our Homestead vineyard.
