Made from fruit harvested from the Jackson Estate Grey Ghost Vineyard, this wine is an expression of a single site. Intensive hands-on viticulture including shoot and fruit thinning, hand picking and sorting are incorporated to optimise fruit and wine quality. Grapefruit, and riper citrus combine with oyster shell and savoury lees driven aromatics.
